1. Each new client relationship begins with a phone call to our hotline: 1-716-628-2137
2. We meet with our new client to discuss their needs and schedule a walk-through of their facility (in the event of an emergency, our team can respond immediately).
3. While at their facility, we conduct a thorough audit of all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
4. Based on the results of the audit, our technicians craft a preventative maintenance program tailored to the current and potential needs of our client’s facility.
5. We present our client with their customized maintenance program and discuss all applicable maintenance and/or repair costs.
6. A contract and payment schedule is drawn up for approved services, and the new program is implemented.
7. 60 days after implementation, we revisit our client for a follow-up meeting and evaluate the progress and effectiveness of the program (adjustments are made to the program, if needed).
8. Subsequent meetings and evaluations are scheduled at regular intervals, in accordance
with the specific goals of the program. |
